Senior Betsy Rosales #8 puts scores Cougars first goal!
The Escondido High School Lady Cougar Field Hockey team were in action tonight in amazing form. The Lady Cougars earned their third straight victory over Chula Vista 3-0 improving their pre-season record to .500 (3-3). This victory serves as a motivator due to the Lady Cougars ramping up their pre-season in dominate fashion. Senior Betsy Rosales #3, provided the spark for the Lady Cougars in the second half scoring the Cougs first goal of the night. Rosie Nanz #8, another senior cashed in on the second goal to put the Cougs in cruise mode. Brook Miller #2, a junior provided the dagger to put the Lady Spartans away for the night. Cougar Field Hockey fans should be inspired by the victory due to the tremendous improvement of all of the Lady Cougars from the seasons first beginning. The Lady Cougars are at home friday night against Mission in hopes to keeping their winning streak rolling. #GO COUGARS
