The Escondido High School varsity field hockey team recorded its second win of the season by a score of 3-1 over University City. The win chalks up the second consecutive win of the preseason for the Lady Cougars as each player continues to improve moving in to the regular season within the next two weeks. The Lady Cougars are in action again versus Chula Vista Tuesday the 24th at Wilson Stadium.
